Organization Description:
Brazil A&S(Application and Software) Local Research and Development Center is located in Campinas. The local software development team will cooperate closely with teams in Shenzhen(HQ),Nanjing(R&D), India(R&D) to provide customized software solution for customer as well as to take full responsibility and ownership to provide application and software products and services.
The Brazil A&S Local R&D team provides value added applications and service for Telecom Operators in Latin American Region. Our term will do customization for customer based on A&S platform products, such as WIN, SMS, IVR, Billing and Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
- The work naturally involves requirements setting, requirements analysis and decomposition. Work with internal partners, operators, and marketing to determine requirements for Value-Add Services, and write functional specifications.
-Ensure that the final product output meets the expectations of the customers.
-Working on web application related technologies and customizing best application for different customers to match their requirement.
-Working closely with our program management.
-.Ensure the quality of development including code and design documents and be consistent of design and development.
- Trace and solve the bugs on spot.
-Creating innovative features, building end-to-end user experiences.
-Work closely with other developers and PM.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in computer Science,
-2+ years of working experience in software development or system analysis based on telecom background is plus.
-Knowledge of web standards, such as JSP, HTML/DHTML, CSS, XML,VXML Familiar with web application development.
- Excellent programming skills in Java/C++.
- Knowledge of J2EE.
- Good English communication skills, including speaking and writing;
- Good knowledge of RDBMS and SQL, experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL is a plus;
-Hands-on experience with Windows & Unix platforms;
-Excellent analytical skill and able to learn new technologies quickly;
-Self-motivated and being a good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the project schedule or customer´s request.
- Relevant international experience is a plus;
-CMMI experience is as a plus.
