Senior Commercial Manager
Major Job Description
* Specialized as a senior commercial consultant to lead contract
negotiations, analyze bidding proposals, contract terms and conditions,
provide professional commercial replies;
* Assist to improve the quality of bidding proposal replies and
contracts to promote the company’s business development in LA Market;
* Develop and improve specific contract templates, contracting
processes etc. for LA market.
* Review and check the bidding replies and contracts signed to
guarantee the consistency of the terms and conditions committed;
* Work with project team to determine negotiation strategies to
achieve competitive solutions for projects, and support the commercial
negotiation;
* Work as a senior commercial manager report to the senior
decision-making committee directly, to provide professional analysis and
suggestions on the bidding replies, contract terms and conditions;
* Other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.
Requirements
* Plenty of experience on contract negotiations and contract
management;
* Plenty of commercial knowledge, including laws, taxes, international
trade, etc.;
* Certain knowledge on telecommunication products and services;
* Good communication skills and be a team-worker, like to coordinate
with the internal project team to achieve the organization targets;
* Good personal relationship with LA leading telecom companies or
operators is preferable;
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business,
Telecom or MBA;
• Fluent English, and bilingual Portuguese – Spanish ;
• A minimum of 5 years experience relevant with negotiation,
contract analysis, and contract management in a leading telecom company or
telecom operator;
Travel:
Approximately 25%.
