| Atribuições: | Develop and Implementation of Company Procurement Strategy & Business Plan within the Brazil Profit Center. Collaborates with Business in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain and Office Adminstration opportunities. Maintains linkage with the Global & Regional Category Specialists and Area Business. Coordinates the procurement of Services and materials. Ensures integration between Business, Procurement Operations and Regional Category Management for execution of the strategies and operations. Provides issue resolution. Manages development of Procurement organization capability and achievement of procurement objectives and targets in collaboration with the Business. Direct reports include Inventory and Logistics Manager, Office Admistration Supervisor, Local Content and Business Analyst. Category Management – Category and Supplier Management. Initiate local sourcing initiatives in collaboration with the Business & Global Category Group. Manage Procurement operations. Develop continuous improvement opportunities and participate in the Development and implementation of long-term and short-term global procurement strategies for CIEP. Coordinate with Regional leaders, including Regional Category Manager and Downstream Procurement to ensure appropriate level of service. Complete PMP’s for direct reports.
