Production Superintendent Offshore (RJ)

HR Oil, the HR Division from G-Comex, recruits for a Petroleum Multinational Company the following position:

Production Superintendent Offshore


Basic Qualifications

· Minimum five (5) years offshore production/marine (oil/gas) experience
· Minimum ten (10) yeas of oil and gas or related industry experience
· Minimum of five (5) years supervisory or team leader experience
· Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional/cultural teams
· Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or civil); a technical degree and extensive experience can be substituted.
· Fluent in English and Portuguese

HSE management systems
Management of daily offshore operations and maintenance activities
Develop and manage operating expense budget
Marine systems operation and maintenance
Oil and gas separation equipment operation and maintenance
Produced water treating and handling systems
Steam boiler operation and maintenance
Power generation equipment operation and maintenance
Instrumentation and control systems
FPSO crude oil offloading
Production chemicals and laboratory application
Commissioning skills – shipyard and offshore start-up
Electric Submersible Pumping (ESP) systems
Well intervention (work-over) operations
